crop his voice, get someone to play the instrument and put them together in studio and believe it or not but it can be a seller...

Where are you coming out after one year ? I know what exactly is a copyright. I just talked about the copyrights on folk music and nothing else. I don't want to restart this discussion now. You can discuss with the writer of this video.

Mr Vivek Sheel, I hope you have more knowledge about copyright now than a year before. A folk song cannot go under copyright, but the video, the moment captured by the recorder can go under copyright for sure. And please make sure you respect the hardwork of the artist and the copyright owner as there is a clear lack of it!
Many cheers to Dinu Khan and Mr Koide for the video! Full of soul!
You found a musician who seems to really know "...what music is for." His commitment, artistry, and joy are communicated clearly even through the fog of my ignorance regarding the tradition in which he plays. This reminds me of the sheer fun I find in Irish music, jazz, and Sunday evenings listening to hours of piano played from memory: skill born of passion, a tradition that is both rigid and free, something between art music and something you want to dance to--or simply hush and listen. Ty.

Thank you. Your comment is very impressive to me.
His performance is really beautiful and artistic.
His Kamayacha (string instruments) was being broken, but further more I felt real blues in his monotone sound.

How come you are putting copyrights on music and all these things. This is illegal as everything you are putting here is folk music of Rajasthan and is filmed by you sometime in the streets of Rajasthan. Nothing has been organised by you so nothing belongs to you personally.

Hi!
As a result I asked to JASRAC (Japanese Society for Rights of Authors, Composers and Publishers) , it turned out legal about this case.
This reason why;
1. This movie is my original work.
2. This ethnical music don't have own copyright.
3. I paid a lot of money for session, and was approved from performer about upload.
4. The copyright putting is for protection of my work, not for administration of this ethnical music.

And I understand what you would say.
According to the Berne Convention, we automatically get the copyright for our works, and we don't need put copyright mark in works.
If I put my "Copyright(c)......", I am afraid that someone misunderstand to take protection of my works for musical copyright.
To avoid this misunderstanding, I shouldn't put my "Copyright(c)......" in my works.
From next upload, I take care about it.
Thank you.
