UNITY of GNO 100K Homes Registry Night

UNITY of Greater New Orleans is a proud member of the 100,000 Homes Campaign, a national campaign spearheaded by Common Ground Community, that has the goal of housing 100,000 of the most vulnerable homeless persons in America by July 2013. UNITY's volunteers went to emergency shelters throughout New Orleans on Tues., Dec. 14th to conduct vulnerabilty surveys. These surveys are used to determine the most vulnerable persons in need of housing based on their likeliness to die if left unhoused. This is a critical first step in getting vulnerable people housed!. A big thanks to all of the volunteers who participated!
