http://totallyfreeenergy.zxq.net Plastic surgery as pioneered by ancient Indian Scientists has its origins 3000 Years ago when the legendary Soorpanaka of Ramayan had nose job done after being humiliated by Laxman, Rama's brother !
@sta1401101008 Also in 6th century BC!! there lived a great astronomer Aryabhata, By the time of Aryabhata the motion of planets was treated to be elliptical rather than circular.Other topics included definitions of different units of time, eccentric models of planetary motion, epicyclic models of planetary motion, and planetary longitude corrections for various terrestrial locations, The mathematical part of the Aryabhata covers arithmetic, algebra, plane trigonometry& spherical trigonometry.
@TamilArasan22 They would have been amazed at surgery in 2011! with computers and robotic arms. Still considering that they did not even have a technology for photography in 1000AD, to be able to perform brain tumor removal is really something of an achievement indeed. If they could have only worked more getting the computers developed ....
In 1000 AD King Bhoja of India was afflicted by a tumor in his brain which caused him intense headaches. 2 brothers from the school of Ujjain, who were pre-eminent surgeons of the era, performed a surgery on his brain and relieved him of his tumor. The description of the surgery that survives suggests that they artificially induced a coma with a special preparation known as the sammohini and then opened his skull to remove the tumor. He was then brought back to consciousness with another drug.
