Salamoen alaiki wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,
The shaykh wasn't talking about your husband, but a single brother who is constantly thinking about a women. Its better not to do that because it can lead to passion.
Like ibn Qayyim said:
A sin begins with an idea which becomes a whisper (from shaytaan) which becomes a will and then a
determination. And then an action and then it's impossible to leave it.
(ad-Da', p.82)
