First of all I do like this piece. For 3 hours, this is a very well done image in the anime style with vibrant colours. In particular I like the hair and her clothing.

However, I would recommend a few things that would help in the future. There's a particular moment when you shade with a very dark bluish-grey on the skin. I feel that it contrasts in the wrong way a bit, I also advise shading with some subtle skin colour reds to go with the more yellowish colour.
