GTA IV lags on my PC with this specs:
CPU: Intel i7-2600k@4,1Ghz
MOBO: Gigabyte Z68XP-UD4 (internal VGA disabled)
RAM: 8192MB
VGA: ASUS ENGTX580 1536MB VRAM

GTA IV Patch 1.0.7.0

I tried everything, my PC is 8 months old with new mobo already.
I have everytime the newest patch and VGA driver (tried to clean up the drivers and install again - didn´t help)

It only works with reinstalled drivers but after shutdown/restart it does the same.
