they just heal then run heal then run, escpecially in heroic after i LHW (im a shaman) i have a 3-4 stack of the debufff and have to move imideiatlly

In the last boss fight, you said dont stop moving.... How does anyone cast anything? How does the healers heal if there not a druid or a priest.
