This is my first test output of a SBS video with source material from my Sony HDR-TD10 stereoscopic 3D camcorder.

  • @f13dfx Hi and sorry for the slow response! I find that low-light does not, in any instance, produce quality stereoscopic content. The problem is the ISO-grain on the two discrete CCD's is effectively doubled when you put the left and right images together, making it uh-uh-uhgggly. That said, it's better than the Fuji W3!

The camera works out of the box on a Sony 3D TV, but requires some $ for software to decode it and play it back in 3D on a PC. Check sibbet dot com for my articles.

  • Hi. Nice video. I'm planning to buy this 3D camcorder. How do you find the low light 3D capabilities of this camcorder.

Is it easy to offload the video to a pc and does it come with software to make it viewable on a Sony 3D LCD?
