He was correct to say that she is Vietnamese because the term Vietnamese is indeed a nationality. The ethnic group would be Kinh, which made up the majority of the Vietnamese people. Ethnic Hmong is one of the 54 ethnic groups in Vietnam.
(be careful what you label people, sometimes it can come back and bite you right in the ass)

Correction:
Vietnamese is not an ethnic group. Vietnamese is a broad term that applies to anyone with Vietnamese citizenship or of origin. The ethnic Kinh is a majority of the 54 ethnic groups in Vietnam.

dumbasses doesnt know the diffrence between nationality and race ,im a singaporean im an indian or tamil you would say Im a cathlic since young so would you b confused if i didnt pray to indian gods ??? or that im very westernized by nature? ha please la go n get more open-minded any way got many nice vietnam hookers here and they are very cute ,sex,pretty and besides the MONEY FACED ones,there are humble ones ,yeh enjoy your trip gal you are cute too NicoleKiss

Very cute video; thanks. I was in Sapa on 23-24 May (2010) and did Cat Cat Village as a self-trek. I also encountered Ha numerous times during my stay. Though now a bit older, she still has the same playful and friendly personality, and a good sense of humor too. She comes off as a bit loud & pushy at first, but in the end is seen to be a sweet girl at heart. With her street-smarts, selling abilities, good command of English and her endearing personal qualities, I hope she does well in life.

@xtracool2000 like i said she is a Vietnam citizen and not vietnamese by race, she don't eat pho for breakfast like vietnamese people do, AMERICAN is a general term better used as a pronoun. Vietnamese is a ethnic group.
