From 4:15 to 5:00 the chords: c major - d major- e minor
From 5:00 to 5:25: d major- e minor..... (maybe there is an f or g additionally, i'm gonna try it on my piano soon again) at 5:25 maybe some kind of H the closing chord. ???
So from 4:15 more or less there are these 3 chords: c major- d major- e minor

@bam987466 : Play around with basic chords and you will find most of his music, he rarely ventures out of basic patterns and with practice, you can master his music. You won't find the sheets for this (especially 3:40 onwards) Once you find the chords (usually 3-4 per piece) just practice with them - get the bass down first and then play around with the melody....
