I've never heard of any car running on 100% HHO

he is running 5 amps at 12v. and getting 1L per minute. That's not very much power for 1LPM.

Its easy to fire up a cell with max electrolyte and get low amps and high numbers of mmw. lets run it for an hour and see the stats! Thats what I thought.You dont even have a PWM to come close to efficientcy.

I've seen quite the range of what dry cells can do. but 5 amps/L/Min does sound a little low. but if hes putting in 12V I dont see why the amperage is so low. maybe the plate spacing? it looked a hair wide.

what elyte and concentration are you using, also temp of cell.

I used KOH and temp never got even warm and I ran for 2 hrs.
