My opinion: R8 is the most exciting car launched tis year.
Fact: E92 M3 is the heaviest M3 ever.
"For the price, nothing beats the excitement of the M3." - ever heard of Ariel Atom or Caterham CSR260?

Awesome car, i would buy the M3 without a doubt. C63 AMG, RS4, IS-F are good, but M3 is the king in this class for me.

in germany the m3 costs 67000 euro and the gt-r is comming in march an will cost 81700 euro!

Nearly all performance cars are developed on the nurburgring. And GTR is around same price and would eat the M3 off the road, handling far superior and in fact did the nurburgring in nearly same time as a veyron. M3 is lovely but for the money give me a GTR anyday. The japs do it best!

Fact:M3 isnt the fastest. Its a drivers car. No 4WD or gimmics. Engineered on the Nurburgring.
Anyone can drop a large engine in a car "Lets put an LS1 in every car Corvette~pontiac GTO~Holden Monaro~Cadillac CTS-V" Lame. Let the professionals do the racing and prove its worth. BMW motorsport has won everything its contested. Nissan has never won any professional respectable competitions other than Japanese touring car.

Im Japanese and I believe the skyline is lame. No other car in the world has heritage of a production/race car as the M3. Sure it might be underpowered M3 is not going anywhere. The 3 series has and will be the benchmark sport sedan every company aspires to. "Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery"

Did it ever cross your mind that your the ignorant one? Original M3 E30 dominated racing, beating out 911s and whatever else was raced against it. E36 was quite a feat as well. M3s are severly underrated cars.
If your going class for class especially, new M3 GTR will beat R35 GT-R hands down.
