May 17, 2010 - On the anniversary of Brown Vs. Board of Education, Five Dream Act Students did a sit in at Senator John McCain's office in Tucson, Arizona.

They took this brave and bold step to protest Senator John McCain's lack of support for the Dream Act, a bill that would allow undocumented youth access to higher education and legal status.

As a result they were arrested for their act of civil disobedience. This is the press conference that was held after their release. Four of the students Tania Unzueta, Lizbeth Mateo, Yahaira Carrillo and Mohammad Abdollahi were present while a fifth Raul Alcaraz, a lawful permanent resident and one of the students that participated in the sit in, was absent from this press conference.
