Yes, I knew that was not your belief, and I was unable to articulate my tone in written form which was intended to be unaccusatory, but much of that get's lost in translation from thought to written words and I didn't realize it until I read it.

I personally believe in God, Jesus, and the Bible.

However, I do respect the freedom of conscience to believe or not to believe.

- As for Laura Ingraham, I think she is very rude and obnoxious...and she just doesn't understand that she actually makes Christianity look bad by continually calling herself a christian...It's like she wants to fight and be sarcastic with people, other than having a civilized debate.

Bottomline,Laura is a knowitall bully.

I know non religious people who have never been divorced and I know very strict church going people who have. The fact of the matter is that belief in god does not effect quality of life including marriage. Laura Ingraham and her callers need to realize that a personal opinion does not change facts. You can believe that you can't have a happy marriage with out god, but that does not automatically make it true. Laura is an ignorant bigot who uses personal attacks instead of factual arguments.

But Laura only knows one side of the story. She does not know the atheists, she only thinks she knows. On the rare occation she has asked an atheist; she simply rejects the answer. She is not objective on the issue. My wife and I have been happily married for 15 years and there is on end in sight. She is biggoted and prejudice of atheists. What are the Hindu, Taoist, or Buddhist divorce rates? What is the gay divorce rate? She doesn't 'want' to know. Thumbs up!
