Thanks for restoring my hacked audio on this one, whomever!
Here's a new one! Annette Hanshaw, the flapper star, sings this cheerful 1920s "Housewife song", a melody about domestic bliss. Recorded 11-27-1929. Illustrated with new pictures of Annette and a cartoon mix with Betty Boop. This song came from an early sound movie, known in its day as a "Talkie". Record labels listed this song genre as "A Talkie Hit from...".then the movie name and the composers names. Excellent trumpet lead may be famous jazzman Jimmy McPartland and alto sax may be Jimmy Dorsey. Can anyone help with the band personnel? Enjoy!
