what if theres no vin at all on a fender does that mean its been replaced?

@ajk150 - If there is no VIN it's been either replaced, removed, or painted over. The fenders have VIN tags put on them from the factory.

@TheAlpinab10 It is a US M3. The engine cover and intake manifold is different to that of the EU and RSA versions.
