When Janet was about 8 or so, she did a televised Mae West routine and at the end she she says, "Why dont you cume up and see me sometime."
Some girls like to play dress up and pretend to be a grownup; others would be embarassed. This kiddo here seems to be having fun and harming no one in the process.
