  • Please don't forget to add Chino Valdez to the percussion section listing :-) He was a mainstay of Don Ellis' orchestras almost from the beginning back with the Monterrey album.

  • The tunes hastily recorded for the "Stars Wars" album sound much better live. This one reminds me of Zappa in spots.
