  • Good vid man, way to keep to a nice simple explanation and a step-by-step process. Helped me out a lot!

  • i will iagree with you i personally i hate smart parts i have yes owned 4 shockers they all bottomed out on me idk if its bad luck but yeah people get offensive over ions hey its personall prefernce if you havent shot it you dont have an opinion on it but i love my cockers you have to tun them but my 2000 autococker with a e2 can outshot my friends sl8r

  • love your cocker i wish i hadnt sold my 99 cocker

  • "IONS SUCK! smart parts in general sucks.. people that support smart parts are uneducated paintballers."

And your your $1000 marker shoots paint out of the barrel better than an ION how exactly?

    That's what I though.

  • IONS SUCK! smart parts in general sucks.. people that support smart parts are uneducated paintballers. you know why? theres this thing called ABS... Ions lack ABS and are the most expensive marker to not use ABS which is vital. and why are you talking about a S-Spool Valve marker on a Poppet valve marker video?

  • nice to see another classic cocker in great condition! very informative and thorough. Excellent work sir!

  • If my ION turns out to suck, I'll be the first to admit it. We are going out right after the first of the year to Badlandz in IL and I am going to beat this thing like a rented mule.

My point is I don't think I'd want a marker I have to tune. I read all about Autocockers and they are extremely touchy and can get out of whack to the point where they are unusable.

  • Do you know why IONs leak? The first thing every idiot does is dissassemble thier marker. They all want to upgrade board and spend hundreds of dollars for 3 extra BPS and a cooler looking barrel.

All three of my freinds who own them (ION) have never dissasembled it for any reason, even to oil it. I don't understand it but I do know tinkering and taking your shit apart causes nothing but problems.

Three years old, stock everything, never oiled, works perfect and 0 broken balls X 3 people.

  • ions are shit in my opinion, mine was just air leak after air leak after air leak, and I tendered it and took care of it so well like I do with all my guns.

fuck ions get a used timmy if you want a cheap electro

  • Don't get me wrong, I like the exposed workings but you can easily mess up these because it's just too damn complicated.

When my freinds got thier ION's, they were $300. Now they are $165. I have never seen a more reliable, trouble free marker.

A couple guys I know have Cockers, Dye's, and Intimidators but all of them have taken them apart at the field with paint pouring out of them at some point.

I have yet to see an ION break a ball, simple as that. So I bought one.
