This is one of four short documentary films about nature conservation techniques, woodland crafts and heritage of Dulwich Upper Wood local nature reserve in Crystal Palace. The films where filmed and edited by volunteers on Embrace Cooperation Ltd project Embrace Woodlands! This film looks at path making, wooden fence making, bird box making, creation of woodland food growing areas and step construction. This film's main volunteer editor was Michael Ghelfi.

The Embrace Woodlands! project was funded by Heritage Lottery Fund and run by Embrace Cooperation Ltd and Trust for Urban Ecology (TRUE). The films provide an interesting insight and educational resource into the history of Crystal Palace and native woodland conservation.
