Some remarkable effects result from a combination of the Boss ™OC-3 with a passive ring modulator.
The test prototype contained a Dan Armstrong ™ Green Ringer ™ circuit
( built on the same stripboard offering low impedance buffering to both 600 ohm line transformers ) and a Velleman™ Digital Echo (MK 182) , two affordable options even though a standalone (buffered) version will probably offer maximum flexibility ,
especially with a second footswitch to reverse both inputs while playing .
The P.R.M. seems an affordable way to get access to some usable sounds with adequate tracking .A lot of information on passive ringmodulators can be found on the internet which has also been the source for the Green Ringer ™ schematic .
Please note that this was a non-commercial entertainment video showing possible combinations of commercially available effect units with a passive ringmodulator ; buzztn was in no way connected to any of the companies or registered trademarks mentioned here.
