I am a HUGE, and very forgiving, Stranglers fan, but these lyrics are the MOST CHILDISH, and worse than that, UNPOETICAL thing they have ever done. This makes Bring on the Nubiles look like high art. What makes Nubiles different is the fact that it was a fun, age appropriate expression at the time. Just because the stranglers are getting up there does not mean they have to lose their ability to say something in a unique manner. That being said, the playing is still perfect.

totally sick guys... unfortunatly im only 14 so i dont really get to see much new stuff like my dad used to but seen you guys twice you are total legends.. jj your the reason i picked up the bass so thanks.

Just saw them play to a packed house in Newecastle last night. Probably one of their best gigs ever
