I'd say it's better than Rockband, though I think it's only better in some ways while Rockband is better in other ways. Still, looks like a game worth getting.

The premise is you have to hit the right-colored "traffic" on a 3-lane highway in order to make combinations that can get you points. Red and yellow are worth more than blue and purple. The way the color of the notes is determined is by the intensity of the song. The speed is also faster/slower accordingly. The program usually initiates traffic based on the percussion.
