Oh dear God @ that dress! It was the original wasn't it? Seeing her so pretty in the mirror then revealing reality with the dress so haggard and just hanging off of her. What a shell socker!

Actually the original original was stolen. They wanted to put it in the Smithsonian, and it had disappeared when they went to look for it. They had to put the Wyndam's clothes in instead.

I heard Genie telling Good Morning America about that during her 2006 return and I was like...Whaaaaaat???? Why would anybody in their right mind want to steal that wedding dress? I mean, what are they doing to do? Wear it around the house during GH hour or put it on some mannequin for display in their living room? Either way whoever did that really has some screws loose. They ended using Laura's dress from the Wyndhams dance for the Smithsonian instead. One day I want to go see those.

Rick Webber was really a pretty outstanding guy back in the 80's. When did he turn into this scuzball? Another one of Guza's "brilliant" rewrites.

Yeah, wasn't that horrible. I LOVED Rick Webber in the 80's, minus the monica trist. But he and Laura had such a great relationship.. then Guza turns him into a womanizing jerk... I really do not think that Lesley would have put up with that crap!! It was character destruction all the way around!
