No, there has NEVER been a "good case" that the WMDs were either sent out of the country of buried. That has always been a desperate talking point by those refusing to admit Bush lied. As is the claim that it was the fault of the intelligence community. I even heard the claim that Tenet did it just to make Bush look bad from people who can't wrap their limited brains around the notion that they were wrong.
After all, one of the main rules of being a conservative is NEVER admit you are wrong.
