Shawn Lane - Epilogue (for Lisa) (New Daisy Theatre - 19th Nov 1992) *WITH REPLACED AUDIO*

Here Shawn Lane and the Powers of Ten Band play "Epilogue (for Lisa)", at the New Daisy Theater, Memphis, TN, on the 19th Nov 1992.

Both of the (two) 'video' versions of this gig that are passed around have a low quality audio from the camera mic, so for this video of "Epilogue (for Lisa)", i replaced the audio from the camera mic with the audio from the soundboard. Hope you enjoy this old Lane favourite with the new high quality sound!! :-)

@ChiZ712 What he does is he "taps" the note right where the octave of the note he's playing would be (on the same sting). If you were playing on the 1st fret, you would 'tap' above the 13th. You don't push all of the way down though, you just barely touch the string. He also does this in his REH version of Gray Pianos Flying

@francescomusik Sounds like he uses the Nady TD1 but maybe with a Laney GH100L (or whatever was out at the time). I have heard great tones from Laney and Paul Gilbert, Kiko Loureiro, and other artists who have a nice clear yet ballsy tube sounding tone use Laney.
