@ChiZ712 What he does is he "taps" the note right where the octave of the note he's playing would be (on the same sting). If you were playing on the 1st fret, you would 'tap' above the 13th. You don't push all of the way down though, you just barely touch the string. He also does this in his REH version of Gray Pianos Flying

@francescomusik Sounds like he uses the Nady TD1 but maybe with a Laney GH100L (or whatever was out at the time). I have heard great tones from Laney and Paul Gilbert, Kiko Loureiro, and other artists who have a nice clear yet ballsy tube sounding tone use Laney.

he is true here I think there is system rack.Has nobody ever succeeded in understanding or to see the setup of Shawn?THIS SOUND IS VERY BEAUTIFUL.
