A song by Mark Knopfler, from the movie "The Color of Money".
I really like this tune, but (not playing in an band) it always sounded a bit disappointing when I tried to play the melody on my own. You really need some chords and/or bass alongside it.
So it seemed like an excellent candidate to try and figure out a fingerstyle arrangement for. (Sloppy English, I know ;-)
I haven't tabbed it (yet), as it will probably evolve some more in the future, but I'm quite happy with the result so far.
Superbe.Have you the tab?
Thanks

@ehpotsirhc999 Sorry, no; I still play it more or less by ear...

What was your tuning for this? Nicely done!

@mgknox01 Thanks! It's in dropped D (D-A-d-g-b-e') with a capo on the second fret.

Run across this one almost by chance and didn't know the original, so I heard your cover first., and sounds really great, both the solo arrangement and your playing. You really got a nice "Mark Knopfler touch". Is your strat a specific signature model or a regular one?
Congratulations :)

Thanks!!!
My strat is a regular one. At least, it's called an American Series, don't know how "regular" that is, but definitely not a signature model.
