Both Sir Thomas Allen and Sarah Fox will be singing in Giggleswick at a special Quincentenary concert with the Hallé Orchestra on Saturday 30 June 2012. The online booking page can be found by googling Hallé Giggleswick. Can't wait!

There are lots of recordings of Sarah. Her recording of Benjamin Britten's setting of A Beggar's Opera is to be released in a matter of weeks.

Thank you so much for your reply. I shall have a look for the album 'If I loved You'. I couldn't agree more. His singing is totally magnetic..

To be honest, I didn't hear of Ms Fox until the Proms the other night so I'm very new to her voice which I must say is a lovely one.
You might try Amazon to look for her CDs although there doesn't seem to be many with her at the moment. I'm more of a Sir Thomas expert there. Sorry I can't be of more help. Hope you find what you're looking for.

After hearing Sir Thomas Allen singing at the Proms last night, I must get an album of him singing songs from the musicals. Such a wonderful voice and he can act as well.

The only CD I know of him solely singing songs from musicals is the one he did with the soprano Valerie Masterson on 'If I Loved You' released in '96. He does occasionally sing musical repertoire on his two Opera in English CDs where he sings 'Soliloquy' and 'September Song'.
He's one of the few operatic stars that I admire greatly due to both his magnetic singing and acting skills.
