@forgottencoders - Thx! Your message was confusing cos that statement was made at end of S7 referring to this Season 8 being the last, I really thought they were going to squeeze an S9 in but no luck!
Doubt it will ever be revived, as Tony Jordan screenwriter says ' Go out with a bang in a fast car just like James Dean' !!!

@denmark786 I'm not completely 100% on wether this is definitely the final season, but the "this is the final series with the current crew" was a quote from a BBC executive or someone working on the show that I found quoted on wikipedia.

@forgottencoders - hi, where did u see/read about 'next series being the last with current crew?' apart from sure I saw something saying this S8 is the last, @hustleseasons states it in each episode, and the last 2 episodes definitely seem to be building up to an end of the grifters with the police on their case. Would love another season and be wrong, but really can't see it happening !
