Taking kufar as allies against muslims is an act of kufr, read any fiqh - jurisprudence book, but dont go that far; by sharia, a leader must be a good muslim, tp pray 5 daily prayers to judge by sharia; majority of pakistani elites are secular who dont pray salah, by default theyre illegitimate rulers, this is the case with majority arab countries, these arent wahabi teachings this are muslim teachings, if this is wahabi what is secular nonpracticing like Pakistan-muslim ?
