State Representative Carl Seel has introduced a bill into the Arizona legislature requiring that all candidates for public office on the Arizona ballot prove their eligibility for office.

He was backed up by Sheriff Joe Arpaio, who recently released preliminary results into his investigation into Barack Obama's Birth certificate and selective service registration papers. His investigation concluded that there was probable cause that theses documents were forgeries.
