    Femuring occurs when a swooper miscalculates an angle of attack and hits the ground extremely hard, snapping his/her femur. It was not an uncommon occurance in the beginning of the sport. Even with advanced training methods nowadays, swoopers with "Mad Skillz" tend to 'femur' themselves in often enough.
