Armando Galarraga - The Perfect Game That Never Was 6-2-10

This video is just my opinion on the "human element" still remaining in baseball umpiring in 2010. This is a crushing blow to fans of the game. If you're not gonna do something right, then why do it at all? No matter what happens later, Armando Galarraga has been robbed of a much deserved celebration on the field like all of the other players that have thrown perfect games got to have. I am anxiously awaiting some kind of action from the MLB on this game. To those who think it is just a game, tell that to the people that paid $200 each for front row tickets, and to Armando's family. The city of Detroit could certainly have used boost like a perfect game, but instead they get the worst call that has ever been made in baseball. My home state just can't get anything good.

@JumPShotZ2 -- No, but I wanted to. All I could picture was if I had done something like that and had someone take it away just as fast, for whatever the reasons. I have pretty bad allergies, and my eyes could just look like that all of the time. But, no, I never got to the crying point that night.

That reminds me at Miller Park when Prince Fielder hit a double, but it was suppose to be a home run. It hit the yellow bar, yet no homer. Anyways, great video!

So the majority of the comments on here were respectful, yet somehow, me, one guy, is now representing everyone in society and how lost the idea of respect is. You have very thin skin which is why you have suddenly became so entertaining to me. ;)

No one on here cares about you pointing out what you think is something no one else noticed. If you look at the rest of the comments, most are not like yours, and if anyone else didn't like it, they kept their mouth shut and were respectful. @Bundashit -- I think this situation, without a doubt, proves that kind of thinking is super wrong. Galarraga has to go through the rest of his life knowing that he didn't get the same treatment that other players got when they threw perfect games. I still feel like the umpire may have originally done this for his own image, and then absolutely regretted it after seeing the full result. That is just my opinion, but it has some grounds, based on how much the umpires embellish their calls now.
