great video, made me feel so peacefull, i think ill start using the chakra meditations.

Sometimes i feel like a tingling- sensation in different parts of the body, like my arm, shoulder, and in my head. does anyone know why this happens?

I love the comment on genitals don't have ears LOL but I love these sounds and what ever its amazing how when you meditate how you totally become a part of something larger than life , These Christians that say Jesus is the way, go to church and here the bells . WOW even Jesus meditated and encouraged it . Its away of cleansing our souls.

@alejandro0601 its the vibration of the energy thats flowing through you. i get that some feeling. i goes from my forehead to the back of my head, down my spine and to my genitals. then it goes back up n it remains as such.
