I agree that Dambusters wouldn't have been very appropriate. I'm not familiar with vast amounts of typical WW2 film music that suits this sort of display. I did see the Spitfire at Saltram a few years ago - they played Dambusters then so obviously the organisers didn't have a problem.
However, this isn't Dambusters - it's 633 Squadron (Ron Goodwin). OK so there were no Mosquitos at the display but I still think it's a pretty suitable piece. .
