Berowne (David Tennant) lying down on stage before the 30-10-08 performance of Love's Labour's Lost at the RSC, Stratford. I don't blame him for shielding his eyes from that halo of light!

  • That was neat. I wanted to see David in this play! What did you use to film it?

  • I used my camera that happens to have a movie function on it. It's a Canon A550 and has been everywhere with me over the last two years. With my memory problems, the photos really help me to enjoy my life.

  • Tennant is not leaving because fans drove him out. That is a totally rude thing to say. Why would any actor say 'Oh no! too many people like me so I'll leave my job'????

If the filming bothered no-one then who cares? It's great to see. I (and many others) thank you for posting this.

  • I'm disabled and have severely impaired memory. This doesn't excuse what I did, but hope people understand why. It helps me remember the few instances I leave the house for enjoyment. No flash, red light covered, so no-one was disturbed. I do feel guilty for doing it, though this is pre and post performance; no copyright is being infringed. If a DVD is released, I will remove this.

It is my belief that 'disturbing' a theatre performance would drive actors away from the stage, not the screen.

  • shut up! it's a theatre and he's sleeping! xD

  • What's the point of this video?

  • *mutters something about wanting to lay down and cuddle/spoon with DT*

  • Idiot me, it's in the description. Nevermind.

  • Just out of curiousity, what part was he playing?

  • what a memorable performance!

  • The action hasn't started yet, it's still pre-show, more interesting than a curtain I think.

Are you trying to be funny?

  • No respect that audience. Its the fucking theatre, STOP TALKING.
