How's one supposed to assess quality without ever opening the packaging? Unfortunately both my cases disintegrated within a week of normal use. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Dsstyles is a big scam. I already called consumer affairs on them. I ordered a case and got charged for 2. I emailed them about the problem and requested for a refund and their response was (and I'm not kidding) "wont you please give the other case to a friend or a family member". LOL I thought it was a joke when I opened up the email. Buyer beware, that's all I'm saying!!

BUYER BE AWARE!!! I bought the Chanel swarovki case within days the crystals started falling off. I contacted their customer service because according to their policy my case is till under "warranty". liars! They never responded to my numerous attempts to resolve the issue. Horrible!
