Every wanted to speed up your device by up to 45%, and do it safely? NOW YOU CAN! By removing launch daemons and language packs!
**Hey guys after LOADS of testing this method ISN'T safe for your iPad if you don't know what your doing**! If thats the case please add the source: http://cydia.xsellize.com/ and download disable daemons**
More info about Launch Daemons: Daemons are little processes that start up along with your device and this forces them to not start up until the user executes that app/process! It also allows apps like sbsettings and memorytap to end those processes if they aren't active! It is completely safe and reversible! In order to reverse it just uninstall it and it moves the files back to their normal directory!
More info on language packs: Language packs are dictionaries for all SUPPORTED languages (which are tons!) that are stored on you idevice... And if you primary language is English then you can remove all but English to greatly improve the speed of your device! \
**Must have open ssh, and ssh client on computer and mobile terminal!**
Steps (for removing Daemons):
1. ssh into device
2. Navigate to /system/library/launchdaemons
3. Make a new folder and call it whatever you want and then copy all files inside of LaunchDaemons to it
4. Duplicate folder
5. Save one folder somewhere safe (just in case you need to put daemons back on device)
6. Inside of duplicated folder remove all the Daemons you want ( look at this website to determine them: http://xsellize.com/topic/52908-speed-up-iphoneipod-by-removing-launch-daemon... )
7. Delete ALL files inside of LaunchDaemons on your device
8. Then copy over the Launch Daemons you left inside of that folder to your device
9. Move on to removing language packs if you wish or reboot (iPads can't remove language packs as of now)
Steps (removing language packs):
1. Download one of two files: A. This one removes ALL but English and Japanese: http://depositfiles.com/en/files/52fiw3yds B. This one lets you pick: http://depositfiles.com/en/files/ibmy18zb0
2. Name it whatever you want
3. ssh into device and navigate to var/mobile
4. Place file in that directory and go into the properties of that file
5. Set the permissions to 0755 (if ssh client doesn't support a 0 then just put 755)
6. Open mobile terminal on iDevice then type the following commands (xxxx stands for what you renamed your language pack remover):
su
alpine
./xxxx
7. Follow the prompts it gives you
8. Reboot device
We could stop here but then you wont notice that much of a difference maybe 11-20 percent change, but follow the rest of the steps to make it even faster!
Steps (continued):
1. Open cydia
2. Search memorytap
3. Download MemoryTap (from the modmyi repo, so there no need to add a repo)
4. Respring when prompted
5. Go into the settings app
6. Scroll down to activator
7. Pick a command
8. Set that command to MemoryTap
9. Go to home screen and activate MemoryTap by preforming the set activation method
10. THATS IT ENJOY YOUR FAST DEVICE!
PLEASE SUBSCRIBE! It would mean a lot!

this takes a little time but i would recommend giving it a try...certainly wont slow your device down!

@blindfreek Yeh did you install memory tap aswell? Because what I did at first to make it work was AFTER REBOOTING free memory in sbsettings then respring then free memory in sbsettings again, then get memory tap, then respring, then run memory tap and it GREATLY improved my RAM!
