@thefireplaceofpd ~ yup. you're like the third person who's called me fat today on youtube. do you have any proof of this or do you just assume it? i have my own house too. so what's with the name calling brokeback? are you projecting your own fat ass?
i don't hate america, just clueless ignorant self serving conservatives who think they deserve everything while thinking everyone else is supposed to be subservient to their idiot understanding of the world.
@tomitstube media matters is bad ass? fox is doo doo? really slick. I got an idea... get your morbidly obese ass outta moomy's basement and do some fact checking. if you hate america so much move to france or greece with the other socialists...oh wait... there is rioting in the streets there because those countries spent all their money on "free" stuff.. now they are coming to us to borrow more money...
media matters and move on are so bad ass. while clueless o'hannity blubbers on about "radical" move on, and george soros's money.... is he thinking about how much fox spends to lie and race bait 24 hours a day? they spend billions on right wing propaganda.
I was hoping Hannity would expose his penis so I could move on with my life. Hannity is such a dreamboat. I bet he tosses salad like a brash young pro. Hunkarific is all I can say.
No, that's not what I said, Taco.Civil liberties are obviously restricted once someone is found guilty of a crime (put in prison, for example), but in a free society we have the presumption of innocence. And by the way, not one of the persons that has been held and tortured in Guantanamo Bay has shot a US soldier, so I really don't get what you're harping on about.
So you're saying if they are proven guilty they don't have civil liberties? So if a guy shoots an American soldier and they capture him you have to hold a trial. If so, you really need a clue.
No, Tacotruck, I don't agree. Civil liberties are for everyone. The idea that Americans only care about civil liberties for themselves and then go on and violate the civil liberties of others is insulting. And if you think that a semantical argument on what to call detainees unobliges the US from the regs of the Geneva Convention, you're wrong.Bush knows this, too, that's why he's giving himself and friends retroactive presidential pardons.
Civil liberties are for American citizens. Please get a clue. These people are not covered under the geneva convention because they do not fight for a government and are not resistance group from a government.
