As was revealed in Brad Jardis' first post on Free Keene ( http://freekeene.com/2010/04/27/arrested-told-you-need-to-pay-40-to-be-releas... ), one does not have to pay the bail commissioner's fee to get someone released from captivity. We put it to the test when Rich Paul was arrested in May.
one time i got arrested in my life. outside of keene for possession. of under a gram of cannabis... for christ sake. anyhow, not until this video did i realize i got shook down for that extra $40 as well. cheers for posting this!!

If I ever see this guy at a jail or courthouse parked like that, I think I might have a fender-bender with him...

@voiceofReason1231 You analogy might hold water if there were a competing bail commisioner/agency one could go to.

@chucktowne That allegation would be actionable if the person making it weren't a twit hiding behind immunity laws.

Is it possible to pursue criminal extortion complaints against bail commissioners?

What an allegation at the end of this video "giving drugs to kids." This guy just made an allegation that these people making this video are drug dealers. One more thing, you have the right to read something before you sign it, its only reasonable to question this guy's honesty and integrity since you are just now meeting him.

I realize this post is very late, but I just have to get it out. your paying the man for a service. I'm sorry for the cliche example but if you ordered a cheese burger at a berger joint your not going to get it if you only pay for the part that the place gets.
