To do a cartwheel, start in a lunge with the arms up and continue through the motion by placing the hands side by side, flat on the ground. Stretch out important body muscles and perform a cartwheel with tips from a gymnastics coach in this free video on gymnastics.

  • @fLaCaLoCa174 How about practice? Handstands are fairly simple and mostly based of practice. It's like learning to walk all over again, except you have to force your mind to be fixated on doing so rather than the inverse.

    It's not "a" splits, it's "the" splits. The splits take practice. If you hold it 'till it hurts for 10 seconds, maybe 2 - 5 times a day, you should be able to get it in no more than a month.

  • When i was in elementary school all the girls used to do this so i tried it out &could naturally do it! I still can. Ive had nooo practice but i wish i can do a handstand or even a splits :(
