  • @bloopville yes, ravages of time..and the ravages of Heroin. he coulda been HUGE ! :(

  • @Bumptiously - yes - have often thought about exactly that: the courage needed. thx.

  • Seeing Billy before the ravages of time makes me feel...something.

  • It makes me think a lil bit about "Ice Cream For Crows"...Good feelin´! ;-)

  • Dave Seger - freakin great guitarist from Naked Prey.

And I think that's Scott Garber on bass - his photography is amazing.

Billy Sedlmayer - preternaturally talented drummer. I mean, really really special.

why can't we be equal as human beings to the promise of our talents? It's so hard to live up to this, to being human.

I can't believe the fortitude and courage it takes to be a musician, make videos, do gigs, and keep at it decade after decade.

    thanks for posting

  • great vid! c'mon, don't critizise this version. it was 1983, the heyday of new wave and cow punk just started ... ;)

  • Thanks litterboxmusic. Could you, or anyone else upload any more Giant Sandworms stuff, especially from the three singles? I used to have all three singles but stupidly sold them in London years ago. I always thought Howe Gelb would eventually release a G Sandworms anthology, with the singles, the cassette album and comp. tracks, but nothing, at least that I know of. So, I'd really appreciate anything. Respect to all...

  • Was this released at all? I can't find anything about this version other than this video

  • Howe wow I met you at the Anticlub off of Melrose a very long time ago, I met you through Brian from the hangmen, we traded a new album you just released with Blackie Ranchet for a few cans of beer, "you Rocked and were the coolest" anyhow it you read this I hope you're doing great. cheers mate.

  • In this song, he almost sounds like a mixture between Johnny Cash and David Byrne. He is such a strong artist with a clear vision of what he sets out to do.
