I am visiting San Francisco and on the street I was startled to see a cat riding a dog as it crossed the sidewalk! I only caught the tail end of the walk before they sat down, but it's pretty amazing. The rat hung out on the cat's shoulder.
The owner said they all love each other and when someone asked how he trained them to do that he said, "Duct tape."
