@SkateandGame7 Undoubtedly the US are a great country, but your use of the word "strong" makes it instantly kinda martial. What does "a strong country" mean to you? and the ignorance of "regardless of what other people think" makes it even worse. It is dangerous when "strong countries" don't care what the rest of the world thinks.

I agree with APPLEEXIT, i love US pride. We should have the Red Arrows do a flyover at the Olympics opening event but that will no doubt be frowned upon.
One of the best things I've ever been to was the NY fleet Week last May. You feel proud just being there, and i'm from the UK!

I think we in the U.K. could learn alot off the U.S., we are afraid to show our patriotism incase its not politcally correct. I wish we could have this at our football (soccer)games so we could feel the pride that you guys in the states undoubtedly feel.
