This FOX television series flopped after a single season (2000-2001). The premise: a twenty-something (Derek Barnes played by Ethan Embry) takes over his presumed deceased, twin brother's web site to explore the paranormal and possibly discover the truth about his brother's death. The series was intelligent and funny, but most importantly, innovative. This web site paralleled the television series. (If Derek uploads a diary entry or a video shot with his camcorder on the episode, it shows up on the web site). This is one of the clips downloaded from the original site.
No offense, IshadaKatzteilov, but the clips posted here are not a gauge of the actual program. Freakylinks was actually cutting edge, starting as an internet blog, before they were commonplace. The website was complex and far-reaching. The mythology of the program started months before it ever aired. The premise was that it was a 20-something investigating the mysterious death of his brother who was himself researching the paranormal/occult. After his death, his brother took over the role.

...these clips are the "video" that was shot by the team of investigators. You didn't see the video they shot on the TV show itself, you just saw them shooting it. Then a day or two later online, you would find the video as it was posted to the blog. It involved the audience long before this was commonly done. As a result, the video absent the context of the TV show would make no sense. The videos were also intended to be non-professional appearing.
