Mario Party on Virtual Console... What's the Hold-Up?

Could Mario Party be waiting for February 2009 for it's 10th year anniversary to release the game on virtual console? Maybe...you also have to remember that the game came out in other areas of the world too so if nintendo was going to release it based of the 10 year anniversary, it wouldnt be the 10th year anniversary to others in other areas of the world

@epicrapbattle8122: It was because some of the mini-games in the first mario party games required you to rotate the control stick,and some players decided to instead use the palm of their hands to rotate it,and because of this,it either injured their hand,or wore out the control stick quickly because it wasn't very durable,which cause some controversy and lawsuit.

Even though the control stick did cause blisters before, the control sticks are padded now! You'd have to be an idiot to get a blister with those control sticks.

Holy shit you're right! I wasn't the only kid using my palm like an idiot and getting blisters! And now my controllers' joysticks are all messed up... But a lawsuit is pushing it a bit too far in my opinion (though I understand it's almost like a tradition in America, haha)
