Strange Noise and Orbs seen on 18 December 2008

I opened the backdoor to let my dogs out and heard this really strange noise, it was very loud and thought probably an airplane, it got louder and louder and thought hang on that is not a plane, I called my son and we both were listening to it, then it suddenly stopped very quickly and was silent, then it started again a few minutes later, it was very loud! the sky was orangey red and cloudy, in fact the cloud was formed as a circle and the edges were black, it was a blanket of cloud, we could not see anything. Anyhow I decided to take photographs just in case something comes out, and when I looked on the camera screen I could see lights! these look like orbs, we could not see them with the naked eye and decided to just take randam pictures of the sky and see what comes out. Thanks, I find this interesting now after what we heard and then taking the pictures on the off chance to see if anything was there and this was the result. It is fascinating stuff. Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year for 2009

I got a good picture of a 3d orb. It's at a party for my son, lots of children around, lots of life force. The orb itself is partly behind some safety netting. To me it proves the camera is not the origin of the orb. If it was, surely it would be in 'front' of the netting. Pretty decent video here, thanks.

Thanks for your comment :) the strange thing was also was the noise, it was so loud, it sounded like an aeroplane starting up and whirling back down again and then silence, then it was repeating for about an hour, we could not see anything as the sky was thick cloud and orangey red, I took these pictures on the off chance to see if anything comes out and this was the result. We heard it and was there Dominic, I wish others were there to especially hear that noise! it sure was not a plane, although I am sure people would of mistook it for a plane, anyway I am so glad we took the photographs son. xx

The orbs could be plasma. The sound could have been earthquake boom. (google it) Plasma balls can occur when rock deep in the earth is under high pressure.

I have no idea what I heard. it sounded like an old clock, and sounded like it was coming out of a tree. I didn't see anything, but my wife and dog heard it too. sounded like an old grandfather clock. it also was about 11:30 at night. have any ideas?

who thinks orbs and that stuff has something to do with Aliens.it could be there technolgy making that noise.Because u can see orbs in the sky like the ones that u saw on the ground
