Cookie and Bean: Two cats playing

My cat Cookie (the brown-pointed one with white feet) has a very close friend called Bean (the grey one) who comes over to play at least once a day. If it's sunny they play in the garden but if it's raining they play indoors, usually in my room. Much to the dismay of my older cat William, who gets on with neither of them.

Sometimes they both disappear for hours even in the rain, so I can only assume that they also go around Bean's house to play! I don't even know who his owners are but I am sure they have met Cookie and know of the friendship. They really are like two children who go round each others' houses after school.

They adore playfighting and can carry on like this for hours. From downstairs it sounds like a herd of elephants are rampaging through the house. Neither of them have ever been hurt and they are not hissing or growling, so they are most definitely play-fighting. They love each others' company!
