In game footage of me (Snowball) playing Mechwarrior: Living Legends, a Crysis mod made by Wandering Samurai.

The mod is currently in an early beta phase (version 0.3.0), which introduced an absolute ton of changes and updates over 0.2.0. Server is Huntress, running Sandbox Sundays (shout out to ~SJ~ for their great community services). Map is SA_Marshes, and as you can see, there's quite a bit of changes.

Began the match with two pretty awesome folks, EagleFire and =CJW= Deathbane, and we agreed to run a Shadowcat B pack with no Night Vision for a more atmospheric game. Instead of NV, we used the lights built in every asset to help us see in the dark. Marshes now starts out late at night and progresses slowly towards dawn (or longer, depending on the match). This first part showcases the vulnerability of an isolated Assault mech, as well as the deadliness of well coordinated teamplay. Part 2 continues this, as well as our change to a pack of Heavy Mechs.

  • 99999999credits ?? how whats the cheat ???

  • @STRYKER1467 at the time, the server we were playing on was set to allow that many c-bills per player. There aren't any cheats in MWLL.

  • GG (why you dont use NightWission?)

  • @zuloom no real reason. Was mostly just for fun and to make the swamp more atmospheric at night.

  • like a pack of wolves... that is teamwork!

  • @devil55122 Hey man, specs below:

    AMD Phenom X4 955 BE OC'd to 3.8GHz

    8GB DDR3 1600

Crossfired ATI RADEON HD 5770's OC's to 950/1400

    Windows 7 Ultimate x64

That's the main stuff; an HD 5870 or GTX 480 would both be excellent gpu's, and Intel i5's and i7's would make an excellent processor choice.

I'm running CCC Level 5 at a much reduced resolution so I can get a smooth capture with fraps. I might drop down to Level 4 in order to record at full 1080p (1920x1080).

  • @arctorn if it is not hard to ask but i was wondering what was your computers specs? because im trying to upgrade my computer for this mod :D and for crysis.

  • @squaresphere lol

  • It was a fun match. Too bad it ended a bit early because the other team ran out of tickets.

  • OMG nerf usable light on scat! :( The bushy light just blinds me or some of the other mech i use puts the light too far in front.
