With a special needs brother, I shudder every time I hear stories like this. These sort of things aren't people. They're not humans. They're below that. Children with disabilities and special needs need to be cherished and loved, just like every child out there. But instead, just because they can't cry out or express themselves, they're taken advantage of. "People" that do these immoral and unethical acts shouldn't deserve to live, period. Despicable.
